Disclosure of Your Information
4.1 Transaction parties
When a Strike Price is accepted, StrikePrice discloses the full name, email and phone of both Buyer and Owner to each other. Users consent to this by using the platform.
4.2 Conveyancing partner
We share transaction details with our conveyancing partner to facilitate settlement.
4.3 Service providers

- ·Resend: transactional email
- ·Twilio: SMS notifications
- ·Google: address autocomplete and maps
- ·Anthropic: AI property descriptions
4.4 Legal requirements

StrikePrice does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase with encryption in transit (TLS) and row-level security controls. We encourage use of a strong unique password.
Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per Australian legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to legal obligations.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand platform navigation. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act:
