Every StrikePrice deal is handled by a licensed conveyancer.

The licensed professional who handles the legal transfer — we've hand-picked a vetted panel so you don't have to.

What is a conveyancer?

A licensed professional regulated by each state's authority — they manage the paperwork, hold the deposit in trust, and protect the legal interests of whoever engaged them. Solicitors do the same work, but conveyancers usually specialise in property and cost less.

Why every StrikePrice deal needs one

Property transfer in Australia legally requires a licensed conveyancer or solicitor to act for each party. StrikePrice doesn't change that — we just make it easier to find a good one.

They hold your deposit in trust

When you Strike on a property, your 10% deposit is paid into a regulated trust account — never to the owner directly. The conveyancer is the licensed professional authorised to hold and release those funds.

They review the contract on your behalf

The Contract of Sale is a binding legal document. Your conveyancer makes sure the terms protect you, checks the title, and flags anything unusual before settlement.

They run settlement

On settlement day, your conveyancer coordinates with the lender, the other side's conveyancer, and the land titles office to transfer ownership and disburse funds. Without one, the transfer cannot legally happen.
